5. Shipping Policy

We offer two shipping methods from our Nashville warehouse:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days
  • Free Economy Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 business days

Note: Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance time which varies by country. We currently cannot ship to most Asian and remote regions.

5.2 International Orders

International collectors are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees
  • Ensuring items comply with local import regulations
  • Providing accurate shipping information

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unopened in original packaging (critical for collectible value)
  • Not on our non-returnable list (see below)

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

To maintain collectible integrity, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened trading card products
  • Personalized items (guest books, albums)
  • Opened barware/drinkware (health safety)

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:
