We carefully pack every collectible with protective materials within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days delivery worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions)
  • Free Economy Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 business days delivery

Note: Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance time which varies by country.

Our Collector-Focused Returns Policy

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Prepare Your Collection Item
    Include all original packaging, protective materials, and documentation. For model kits and figurines, the blister packaging must be completely intact.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Collector Items

To maintain collectible integrity and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened trading card products (Flesh and Blood, Marvel Champions LCG, Lord of the Rings LCG)
  • Personalized items (Guest Books and Albums)
  • Opened barware/drinkware (for health safety reasons)

Damaged/Defective Collectibles

If your item arrives damaged (we know how heartbreaking that can be for collectors):

  1. Email us immediately at [email protected] with clear photos
  2. We’ll arrange a replacement from our Nashville warehouse
  3. If unavailable, a full refund including return shipping costs

Exchange Policy for Collectors

We happily exchange for the same item in different variants (especially popular for Gundam Series models). Exchanges depend on Nashville warehouse availability – if unavailable, we’ll process a refund.

International Collectors Note

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
