Our Return Promise to Collectors
We stand behind every Gundam kit, miniature, and collectible we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right – just like we would want for our own collections.

- Condition Requirement: Items must be unopened, in original packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for damaged/defective items)

Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return
Email our Collector Support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
2. Prepare Your Return
Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. For collectible figurines and model kits, the original protective packaging must be intact.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. For international returns, mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Non-Returnable Items
To protect all collectors, certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened trading card products (Flesh and Blood, Marvel Champions LCG)
- Personalized items (Guest Books and Albums)
- Opened barware/drinkware for hygiene reasons
Damaged or Defective Items
If your collectible arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We gladly exchange items for the same product in a different variant (e.g., Gundam Series models). Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested exchange isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund.

For collectors outside the U.S.:
