Are your Gundam kits official Bandai products?
Absolutely! We carry only official Bandai Gundam model kits in our Gundam Series section. We also offer some third-party accessories that are clearly marked as such.
How do I know if a collectible is in stock?
All products shown on our site are currently available unless marked “Temporarily Out of Stock.” For rare collectibles, we recommend signing up for our newsletter to get alerts about restocks.
Do you sell pre-assembled figures or just model kits?
We primarily specialize in unassembled model kits that let you enjoy the building process. However, our Collectibles Figurines section does include some pre-assembled display pieces.

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return if:
- Your collectible arrives damaged (extremely rare with our packaging)
- The item isn’t as described
Can I exchange an item for a different one?
Due to the collectible nature of our products, we can only process exchanges if the original item is returned unopened and in perfect condition. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item.
Who pays for return shipping?
For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
